A CEO’s Conviction Rooted in Nature

Over six months of solo travel in my early twenties, I saw the planet up close in ways that changed me forever.

I spent my 23rd birthday in Antarctica, standing before the vast ice and watching it melt into the sea. In Patagonia and the Land of Fire in Argentina, I walked alongside retreating glaciers and climbed a volcano, witnessing the Earth’s raw power and vulnerability side by side.

The journey carried me further: through the Amazon in Brazil, where I saw ancient forests but also the scars of deforestation; into the Pantanal, the world’s largest tropical wetland, where nature thrives in perfect but delicate balance; across the shimmering expanse of Salar de Uyuni in Bolivia, where the vast salt flats mirror the heavens and remind us of the planet’s rare beauty; and along the trail to Machu Picchu in Peru, where history and nature meet in harmony.

These experiences made one thing clear: nature is not separate from us. Its survival is tied to ours. I came home determined to give back, to use resources carefully, and to lead a business that treats responsibility not as a slogan, but as a lived value.

Donations during COVID

When the pandemic hit, our team wanted to help. We invited employees to donate whatever they could, from a few baht to a full day’s pay. Royi Sal matched every contribution. Together we delivered essentials to the local district food, PPE, medicine, vitamins, and daily supplies for families that needed support most.

Anniversary tree planting and temple visit

At the close of our New Year celebration for our 10-year anniversary, the team chose to give the day a purpose. We planted native trees together and then visited a local temple, reflecting on how to keep serving the community in the years ahead.

Team-building at the army obstacle course

We took the team to an army base with a challenging obstacle course. It was muddy, tough, and full of laughs. The lesson was simple. We move faster and safer together. That spirit shows up on the production floor in how we plan, communicate, and deliver your orders.

White canes for the blind

Giving back can be practical and personal. Our CEO purchased white canes used by people with visual impairment and encouraged employees to take them to those in need. It sparked conversations at home and in our neighbourhoods about empathy and access.

Safety and care at work

We train for quality and safety all year. Fire drills are scheduled, supervisors lead safety refreshers, and QC training supports consistent standards on every line. This keeps your orders reliable and our team protected.

Reduce, reuse, recycle

• We reuse steel, glass, and paper where possible and recycle water
• We return metal scrap to production and track reclaim rates
• Battery recycling point in the office where anyone can drop used batteries
